I started Seahorse Carpet Care in 2004, after graduating college and eventually moving to Northern California. I was deturmined to bring the finest service and products to the cleaning industry. the short comings which I noticed repeatedly where in customer service,especially, taking the customer for granted. I was elated to finally have my own company where I could excersize the level of customer care which I had for other companies in the past,be in control of the product, and be respected in the local business community.
