SERVPRO Metro Pittsburgh East is a SERVPRO Team Wall satellite franchise located in Monroeville and servicing the metropolitan and greater Pittsburgh area. SERVPRO Team Wall is lead by husband and wife team Jim and Trish Wall and has been for more than a decade. When the economy tanked in 2007 Jim and Trish were both laid off from their respective jobs and began looking for ways to get back on their feet. SERVPRO was “Here to Help” in the form of a franchise opportunity. Jim started up his own franchise, basically working out of a rented 'painters van' taking what he could get. Through hard work, elbow grease, and the right attitude Jim went on to hire a few more employees, establish a warehouse, bring on his own wife, move warehouses, and acquire almost 20 other franchises that now make up the Team Wall brand.
