After working as service manager for an oriental rug dealer for over 11 years I purchased that dealer's service department when he merged with another oriental rug retailer in May of 1999. From then on I continued to receive referrals from that company and other rug retailers and decorators in the Syracuse area and grew to acquire the use of our present location where we are able to efficiently clean and repair rugs and also showcase rugs for sale.
