Our family purchased Schmukler's Dry Cleaning business in 1946, where my Grandfather built the reputation, my father and his 3 brothers all worked there at a young age, as did I. My father purchased the business from my Grandfather in 1961 and from the Dry Cleaning business started Schmukler's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning as an add on service to the Dry Cleaners. My father built it from the ground up, And in 1996 I purchased the Carpet Cleaning Business, The Dry Cleaners was sold in 1997 to another family and unfortunately they closed the Dry Cleaners in 2008. I am the owner, but I am also the Operator. I am an IICRC Certified Master Textile Cleaner with 32 years experience, 9 time national spotting champ. VP of New York Rug Cleaners Institute, which is the Tri-State Association of Certified Cleaners. We have kept some of the most exquisite homes in Westchester looking there best! I stand behind all of our work, and that's why our customers call on us consistently.
