Originally we started out in the floor covering installation business. I saw the need for customers to get the carpets we were installing cleaned. So I made an investment in some cleaning equipment and joined the Certification organization now known as the IICRC. After experiencing an outrageous determination on a carpet complaint I made the decision to become a certified floor covering inspector in 1986. This Certification evolved into more education which lead to doing inspection and corrective cleaning for major mills and fiber producers like Mannington, DuPont, Mohawk and more.
