Ellis Carpet Cleaning started in 1999 as a small operation run by Ellis plus a few cleaners by his side. The company was built from the ground up out of his garage on the outskirts of Hempstead. As time went by Ellis expanded the companies operations to cover all of Nassau county. And then later all of Suffolk county. In 2015 Ellis, our fearless owner and founder retired from cleaning and focused on company operations. But, in 2018 he returned to cleaning carpets a few times per week as that is what love for your work does. It brings you out of retirement.
Ellis Carpet Cleaning started in 1999 on February 5th. The company started from humble beginnings with only a few carpet cleaning professionals by Ellis's side. Now, in 2021, the company proudly employs 40 staff and is headquartered in Garden City. But, the service area we cover on Long Island spans across Nassau and Suffolk counties.
