Kazem Fatahi, the founder of Summit Rug, was born and raised in a country renown for its Persian rugs. It is a long standing tradition of his family to, as a hobby, weave rugs. This would later inspire him with antique rugs, which later led to his passion for all rugs both modern and those of the past. Every day he learns something new with great enthusiasm; eager to somehow use this newly acquired knowledge to enrich the experience of purchasing, restoring rugs and carpets alike. Having worked as a sales person and manager in the greater New York Metropolitan area, Kazem operates with integrity. This has carried over to his business, that strives to emulate these values that he holds dear.
