Determined to get results, I took a carpet cleaning certification course in St. Louis. The certification course was a real eye-opener for me. I could see right away why I was unhappy with the “professional” cleaners I had tried. Finally, my carpet looked amazing! My wife sent a message to all her friends saying “who wants their carpet cleaned?” Her friends responded and began to call. I began to clean carpets for my wife's friends. Then friends of her friends started to call asking for cleaning. Then, their friends started to call as well.
