The Bright Side, Inc. was founded in May of 1993 and incorporated in October of that same year. Our goal was to fulfill the unmet service needs of Chicago's north suburban area. While there are many carpet cleaning companies in the area, surprisingly few have the prerequisite knowledge to provide proper cleaning methods and maintenance advice and information for delicate and high-investment fabrics. The owners of The Bright Side, Inc. have positioned themselves to serve this market niche with extensive education regarding fabrics and fiber materials, the chemistry of cleaning and prior experience in the field. We are proud members of The Better Business Bureau and The Wilmette Chamber of Commerce and also carry several recognized cleaning industry certifications
