Back in 1984 we began a small residential maid service. Many of our clients asked if we cleaned carpeting also. At the time, we did not really know that much about carpet cleaning. So we researched it. We hired other carpet cleaning companies and had them clean our own carpeting to observe them. We were surprised that not one company actually removed the dirt from the carpeting. We learned that most carpet cleaners did not have the knowledge or purpose as to why they were cleaning. Their main concern was to get in the house with low bait prices, collect the check and go to the next home. We decided that needed to change.
