Troy has been in the industry since he was a child, working for his parents in his teens and early twenties. It was over-saturation and the more franchises there were, the cheaper the prices and quality of work became, which eventually gave the whole franchise a bad name. Troy knew that he could create a successful carpet cleaning business, which he could then start to franchise.
