I started Quality Carpet Care in 1976. Worked for two different cleaning companies before starting my own. One company was Vacco in Arcadia, which was a very good company. The other company was Millers, a very bad company. So I decided to start my own company. It was tuff. As you know there are a lot of companies out there, so I had to be unique. What makes us different is I, the owner does all the work myself. We never send out someone that does not have extensive experience. Also we guarantee our work 100%. That means if for any reason you are not happy with my work, I will come back and re clean it free of charge. We also have the longest warrantee. If the old spots reappear within three weeks I will come back and re clean them. Most companies only warrant their cleaning for five days.
