Janssen's was established in 1939 by Eugene Janssen. Eugene later sold the company to Paul and Mary Griffin then in 1981 was bought out by current owners Ralph and Sonja Greco. In 1964, Ralph began his career in the industry. After becoming familiar with carpet cleaning Ralph and Sonja ventured out to become Greco's Carpet Service in 1968 shampooing carpets and upholstery. In 1969 they noticed business began to drop as an innovative method of portable steam cleaning immerged in 1967. In 1973, Ralph Greco, designed and built the first Steam Way prototype truck mounted unit. They then merged Greco's with Janssen's. As they grew over the years they concentrate on continued education to better serve their clients. Their reputation has come from implementing what they have learned over the years and have passed it along to there son Eric, daughter Tanya and son-in-law Ted. Working together, this family owned and operated company strives to provide their outstanding service to their clients.
