My business started out in 1988 cleaning carpets with 2 pieces of equipment under a different business name. After a few years of using the shampoo method of carpet cleaning I changed to the hot water extraction method. Several years of cleaning carpets in Merced I moved my business to Davis in 1993. I continued to use the previous name until the year 2000 when I changed it to the name it is today. My first attempt at the name for my company I wanted it reflect the quality of the work that I did. The first time I didn't do that well at picking a name. I changed the name to what it is today because it reflects my philosophy of what my business is about. This is a far better name then the previous one. Prior to 2008 we used 2 different portable machines till that year we moved up to truck mounted equipment. Since 2008 after we moved up to a truck mounted unit we have grown and gained many regular clients.
In addition to our carpet cleaning services we, offer several other cleaning services as well. Here's a quick list of our other services: 1. Pet Odor & Stain Treatment Elimination 6. General Deodorizing Treatments Our cleaning method is truck mounted hot water extraction. Otherwise known as steam cleaning. Most carpet cleaners that use this method use a carpet wand. It's a manual tool that takes a lot of physical effort on part of to operator. We don't use a carpet wand. We use the Rotovac 360i rotary extraction system. The Rotovac has a rotating head that turns up 250 times per minute and cleans the carpet fibers in all 360 degree directions. On the other hand a carpet wand only cleans in 2 directions. Forward and backward. The Rotovac is able to go over a carpet area much more than someone can physically do with a carpet wand. Green Cleaners, Deodorizer & Protectants: We exclusively use only green cleaners, deodorizers, carpet & fabric protectors. Our detergents we use for cleaning carpet & upholstery meet or exceed the EPA's Designed for the Environment Program (DoE). Also our carpet pre-sprays, carpet & upholstery protectors follow this also. Our odor treatments are part of a line called Safe Clean. They are designed to be green deodorizers because they are very mild.
