John Wiggins founded Cumberland Carpet Cleaning in 1998. John realized that most carpet cleaning companies were not providing good service and did not seem to know about cleaning either. In June of 2013 Tom Lamb purchased Cumberland Carpet Cleaning from his friend John Wiggins. Cumberland Carpet Cleaning transitioned to a full service residential and commercial cleaning company. As a result of this expansion Cumberland Carpet Cleaning became Cumberland Cleaning Company.
